My Brief...

My task for Media is to create the front cover of a new college magazine. It has to include a photograph of a student in medium close-up plus some appropriatley laid out text and a masthead. I will also have to produce a mock of the layout of the contents page.

We were also asked to create a blog and update it with the work we do as we go along. We have been told to update our blog every lesson. My blog will be used for various different things, such as finding out what my target audience want, seeing whether people like what i do and keeping organised.

Action Plan:

Week 1

• Research and Planning- Questionairre, look at other student magazines
• Setting up Blog

• Construction- bring research together
• Start Designing- Layout, Colours, target audience
• Making Aspects- Fonts
